"Issues with Magic Transit and BYOIP" apparently, looks to be identified now.
Brutal given the reliability stuff they were boasting on R2 just today.
Or, wonder if related to an announcement and push tonight for it. Better unpublish that Birthday Week post! In all seriousness wish engineers well and best of luck resolving.

Wonder if has to do with Let's Encrypt's Root Certificate expiring. That's my guess; some supporting infrastructure didn't update.
