Ask HN: What are some of the most interesting articles that you've read?

I'm looking to start reading more blogs and articles (in addition to books), but I don't have a lot of interesting stuff on my reading list, and I was hoping you guys could help me to discover more things to read.

I'm familiar with some rationalist blogs and some startups/tech blogs (HN, IndieHackers, LessWrong, SSC, etc). I'm interested in insightful stuff on these topics, but also in discovering more things I'm not familiar with that are outside of my "bubble".

Ideally something not too technical, accessible to the layman.

Any recommendations?
