Encourage Use of “Good” Mobile Apps

I would like an app that gamifies app usage to encourage the use of "good" apps like Ankidroid and discourages the use of "bad" apps like TikTok.

So far I've only found apps that discourage app usage but none that allow you to select "good" apps that you're encouraged to use.

I'm not really sure how to even phrase that in a way that could be understood by a search engine.
