Millennium Tower Is Sinking Faster Than Rate ‘Limit' Set by Fix Engineers

Curious for people living there. Can you tell from the ground looking at it that it has sunk that much? I would think from another high rise looking at it you would see the skew more, right?

I am reluctant to trust somme of the pictures I've seen as it could easily be skewed based on the perspective, photographer etc.
