Can a cup of yogurt 'cure' your case of Covid-19?

Where is this published? I only could find https://microbiomejournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186... but it does not discuss anything about test in mices, like the press article. It's about testing some molecules produced by kefir in bacteria.
