Zimbabwe under complete Chinese control: Is anyone noticing?

I knew a guy from Uganda, he mentioned that the people in Uganda generally like the Chinese: when Europeans come to build a bridge, at the end of the day they drive off to hotels in SUVs. When the Chinese come to build a bridge, at the end of the day they set up tents and start cooking rice like the locals.
