Sorry everyone for the terrible service. :( Just discovered that my page kite instance only handles up to 5 requests! So here's a PDF to the page hosted on skynet. https://siasky.net/_Ajdq1vNw7AsSfY4cIgkAPyKg9quUabhtuTdwSWiz...

Nice! I thought about doing this last year - I wanted to be able to identify birds as well - and count totals for each species. I believe it's possible at a DIY level, but would take some effort.

That would take a bit more effort to do species identification but it would be very cool! I kept this project pretty simple with just using object detection. So "if (detectedObject.type == 'bird') ..."

    Probably hosted on Azure :p

Smelled like an ad so I decided to confirm and was greeted by a blank page. Text does not need JS.

I wonder how stuff like this reaches first page

Not an ad. The site is hosted on my freedombox in my house. It's not handling the traffic too well lol.

Also there's no JS on the site. Just plain old HTML. Written with just notepad.

        Noted. Thanks for clarifying.

I will try to check it out later as I find birds, and all life really, fascinating. Wish I could befriend a bird or more like I do with cats and dogs

Sure! Yeah I wish I could do the same with birds as well. Like just go out and hang with them and pet them. They're some birds on my porch right now and a female baby great tailed grackle trying to break into my office window haha!
