Using a Rust traffic simulator to create shortcuts

The A/B Street team has just published our first article advocating for a change to make Seattle a little nicer and safer for walking and biking. We're experimenting with a traditional blog format including diagrams and animations from the simulator, but we're also interested in embedding parts of the simulator (which runs in the browser via WASM) as more of an "explorable explanation" style.
