I really hope companies value remote-first, instead of gamification. Otherwise disabled folk are always going to be playing on hard mode.
This whole "microeconomy" thing makes me feel uneasy. I personally dislike everything I do everyday being incentivized for some reason, you're telling me I now need to pay my coworker to "help" me with something?
I'm not sure if it is bad though. And would like to hear people's opinion on it.
