Ask HN: Apple Silicon for DevOps Engineers
Hey, I'll be graduating from university at the end of August and starting a job as a DevOps Engineer in September. The company will let me choose which MacBook I want to use. I already have an M1 MBP and am very happy with it and would like to use it in my job.
My question now after 7 months is how usable `arm64` is supported in the different DevOps areas (also via Rosetta) and how it looks like with the current 16GB RAM limit.
The alternative would be the 16" Intel MBP, but the screen size is beside the point.
