Apps Reportedly Limited to Maximum of 5GB RAM in iPadOS

What sort of app in common use on an iPad would need more than 5 GB of RAM?

Having the 8 GB of RAM would be nice so that your OS and other apps/background tasks running wouldn't take memory away from the foreground app, but I can't fathom an app that I would run on a table that required that kind of memory usage.
