How to Speak Binary in TypeScript

This is pretty neat. That's always been a gap I've found when sending data out of the typescript world and back into it, I've had to rely on explicitly defining jsonschema and using ajv to validate but that requires duplicate definitions plus a bunch of boiler plate which is a bit of a pain. Will give this a go.
