New Flask, Werkzeug et al. major versions released

Lots of lower-level goodies to appreciate – really helpful to have them brought together. Top of the list for me:

Jinja 3.0, Macros have access to the current template globals

ItsDangerous 2.0, Added support for key rotation by passing a list of valid keys instead of a single key
