A Career Path for Invention

I think this is a very critical gap and without filling it properly, we won't be able to go beyond startups that mostly rehash the same old ideas (which also provides value but limited in potential)

It's not a complete alignment at first glance but one would imagine investors would be very worried about this and trying to help fill the gap somehow.
