Reinstate Support for SharedWorkers in Safari

I would like to bring the community attention to the issue of Safari not supporting shared workers and encourage you to leave your use cases on the bug tracker page if you have any. For example, my use case is about sharing a single web socket connection across multiple tabs.

Apple does not seem to be opposed to the idea of bringing the shared workers back, however, they have not shared any immediate plans.
