Interesting target. Curious to why they haven't gone after Avalara (who has greater depth in tax compliance and more customers)?

Now, what is the next acquisition? AR/AP, billings, loans?

And any insight into potential regulatory scrutiny or the regulator only 'care' about what big tech does (and Stripe is $100b+)
