Appsumo card/account abuse with no customer care support

I am after them when my card was charged huge amounts. Don't know what's happening. When i logged in i can see that products are bought from my account and transferred to other account. Their support is non existent for the last 3 days at this critical time for me. How can a reputed company behave like this?
