He doesn’t have children to pass it to and is looking to ride off into the sunset and enjoy retirement post-sale after decades of building/managing it.
Employs 10 people, $6-7 million in annual sales with steady profits secured largely from long-standing customer base that includes SpaceX, Lockheed Martin, etc.
