We raised the salaries for female dominated roles
fastcompany.comI thought roles were compensated based on the value they bring to the company and based on the market. Does this change mean that the roles that produce more value are subsiding the other roles?
It seems to me that the people in the 'male dominated' roles should start asking for more money (regards of gender).
I wonder what's up with the lack of discussion going around here on hacker news.
Which will make them more attractive for men.
