Love the concept! A few questions:

(1) Does the RUV work in a similar way to a SAFE or a convertible debt note?

(2) If so, how are valuation caps/discounts and interest rates handled?

(3) What happens if someone invests and they claim to be an accredited investor, but they aren't?
