Er... I think your use of the word "comprehensive" is a bit hyperbolic. This is a pretty short list of a few obvious alternatives for a few well-known apps. Even at that, there are quite a few glaring omissions.

I run a completely ad free version over at https://hackerspad.net/. I pay the bills when people list their softwares on the site and self hosted icon ad on the sidebar.
