Ask HN: How to tell if failing startup or growing pains?
I work at a relatively small startup (about to raise series c at ~$100m valuation). We are seeing some traction, but it is all driven by a small subset of stars internally. What indicators can I look at to try and understand if some of the job pains I am encountering are signs that we don't have our act together, or if they are just growing pains?
