I Wrote an O'Reilly Book on Tensorflow.js

I'm pretty happy I wrote an O'Reilly book. It's been a life-long goal of mine. A couple of notes:

* No, I did not chose the cover

* Yes, I think TensorFlow.js is awesome

* No, You don't need a PhD to do AI

* Yes, I think web developers will be the majority of AI developers in the near future
