Technology helped the small guys compete with the big boys. Cross River is a tiny bank yet they ranked 4th after the top 3 banks with staff, resources, and scale beyond Cross River. Yet, they were were able to utilize fintech to rank 4th. It really put the top 3 to shame and shows how limp they are when it comes to innovation and agility.
