Help: AdSense bot misdiagnosed my traffic, no way to contact Google

My website has a community of 500,000 users (all opted in), and I wanted to test AdSense as a monetization strategy. I registered, put up ads, and a week or so later I sent out an email to my list and had ~50,000 visitors to the page. $X,XXX revenue later, Google locked the account for "invalid traffic". I'm 99% sure the cause of this problem is that I went from 0-50,000 visitors in 24 hours (because I sent an email to my list) but there's no human in this review process. Is there someone here at Google I can reach out to and explain the situation in more detail? It's been nearly 2 months (the review was supposed to take 1 month maximum) and the account is still limited. Thanks!

I feel like a lot of these sorts of scenarios should be reported as bugs. It seems like a mischaracterization and that the process is broken.

I suppose Google doesn't really care since we aren't really customers (were the resource being mined). This might even be considered a feature to them since they don't need customer service reps to handle it.

Find another way to monetize the site. It is likely that adsense is not going to be the great earner you think it may be?

Another day, another thread. I hope somehow google will be forced to offer real support.
