Robinhood for real estate. Invest with $5 and $0 commission fee

Real estate has a lot of room to be more efficient for sure. I am curious to know if there is any way to sell my shares after investing? Also, how do they securitize these assets? Seems like such a new model. Super interesting, though. Curious to try them out.
