Stripe for Visual Studio Code

I think more APIs and libraries should develop high-quality tooling to go along with them. An editor that understands the language I'm writing is very powerful, but an editor that understands the semantics and idioms of the library I'm using would be incredible. RubyMine is a great example of this for Rails.
