Upskilling Program for cheaper recruiting of Post-secondary students in Tech

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all had an amazing Christmas!

I wanted to share that I am working towards an upskilling program that provides post-secondary students with an access to industry-approved courses, mentorship, and project-based work-integrated learning while helping tech companies personalize training, provide mentorship, and outsource tasks. This further creates a quicker, reliable and cheaper recruitment process for hiring students alongside removing the need to train/re-train after hiring (which dramatically reduces costs for participating companies since they won't have to pay for training after hiring). Additionally, this program can potentially help students skip to the interview stage for an upcoming internship/full-time job.

The primary reason for such a program is that there is a huge gap between "job-ready" skills and the skills provided within the context of a post-secondary educational curriculum (you can refer to my LinkedIn post here for more info: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/arnav-bathla-he-him-6b49ab194...).

For now, we are trying to spread awareness regarding career-centric opportunities that are already available for post-secondary students in Canada via our social media handles (sort of a pre-MVP) alongside building a student community on discord.
