So we get rid of time zones... to make infinite more time zones. Now, instead of knowing that people eat lunch roughly around noon in a place, you need to familiarize yourself with whatever the local conventions for time are in every place you go to. It’s just worse time zones.

The argument that people and businesses can set custom hours is kind of moot because people can do that now, and still don’t.
