Coincidentally, I just moved to Austin and am rebuilding my hot sauce collection. Does anyone else have an absurd, hoarder stash of spicy substances in glass bottles? Any tips on sourcing quality hot sauces locally?

PS: at a long gone sushi place in Capitola, I took the "satan roll" challenge and asked for seconds. Although I got an employee monogrammed/embroidered polo shirt and scared most of the Japanese waitresses, I wouldn't consider either an accomplishment.
