Grade A bullshit. “20% accuracy” means nothing without talking about what the sensitivity and specificity actually are, and the context in which the test is taken, which establishes prior probabilities.

The BMJ has an excellent page on this: https://www.bmj.com/content/369/bmj.m1808 You will learn more in 30 seconds of reading that page than you will in 30 minutes of listening to this nonsense.
