Would be curious if anyone inside (or ex-apple) can confirm if the article does accurately describe the overall organizational structure and leadership style
The article is written by a VP-level Apple employee and the head of Apple University, the internal training group. It's probably factual, though there is always a Roshomon-like quality to any description of leadership style.
