For folks who’ve founded, managed, or grown a remote team, what were some of the major challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Some examples that come to mind: international employment, timezones, communication, etc. Getting meaningful status updates. There are plenty of good communicators and plenty of good developers, but that mix of both is rare and even rarer are they both when you first hire them.
