New Google Analytics
blog.googleI recommend Plausible analytics, open source (AGPL) as well.

Okay, please show me how to opt out of Google analytics when I use the browser with the largest market share (Chrome), on a platform with the largest market share (Android). Both are owned and controlled by Google.
You sure, the opt-out is not working? At least in the EU, where an opt-in is legally required, GA is not a problem.
But wait, there's more: usually publishers bind the usage of their free offer to the acceptance of GA. Gotcha.
I can't opt out. Chrome on android doesn't allow extensions/toolbars
I recommend Amplitude! https://amplitude.com/
What are you using Amplitude for?
If the context of this thread is Analytics, do you need to ask? Why not check it first?
Because Amplitude‘s product offerings aren’t exactly 1:1 to Google Analytics.
Exactly this. Amplitude is not a 1:1 substitute for Google Analytics.
