Ask HN: How many flags does it take to drop a story down several pages?
I've noticed a few times (most recently with http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2464228) that articles that seem on a trajectory towards the front page sometimes drop unexpectedly. Can this come from just one flag, or does it require multiple flaggings?
