Ask HN: Looking for examples of false positives in automated systems
For an article I'm working on, I'm looking for good examples of big companies that created systems to auto-filter content or assets, where it's gone wrong and it severely affected small businesses who struggled to escalate the case to a human who could've reversed the decision.
