Ask HN: How long is Twitter's moderation backlog?

So, some guy got my account locked because I published openly found, googleable data about him and he didn't like that. Fair enough I guess?

While waiting, I couldn't help but notice Twitter incentivizes the locked user very strongly to remove their tweets and/or appeals and just let the abuse pile up (he kept doing this for several unrelated tweets too).

This got me thinking. How long is the wait going to be? How is their moderation queue organized? Is an actual human being actually ever going to see my appeal? What kind of moderation tools do they have? Other than giving in to the abuse or quitting, what am I expected to do to remedy this?
