Covid-19 fake information on WhatsApp

During this pandemic, I believe, Whatsapp might cause more harm than the virus. Fake advise and information is rampant on Whatsapp and there are no levers to prevent its spread. The advise range from standing in the sun from 11am to 2pm to boiling and eating garlic.

This is nuts and I don't know if there is a way to stop this
