Launch HN: UXtweak – Platform to Improve Websites
Hi HN, Together with our team, we developed UXtweak (www.uxtweak.com) unique platform for remote user research and usability testing. Our platform offers a unique combination of research & testing tools. We are not the first in the industry, but one of a kind.
UX tweak was born thanks to UX lab, created at a faculty of informatics and information technologies after numerous terrible user experiences on websites. While running UX lab one of the founders realised that such testing is very expensive and time-consuming. So, we started developing a sulution a budget friendly, effective all in one solution for UX research - UXtweak.
At this moment it is a little over 2 year in development and we recently launched. We developed a unique solution to use your real users as participants in your testing to provide the most accurate insights with which you can optimise your websites accordingly. UXtweak helps you to avoid confusing navigation, bad content labelling, unusable information architecture, increase conversions & optimize just about everything with our research toolkit. Our toolkit consists of: session recording, tree testing, card sorting, activity tracking and we are working on prototyping as I write this.
With years of expertise in user experience at the University UX lab and a team of great developers and UX researcher, we believe we created a product capable helping Web/UX designers, Marketers & Product managers around the world. We are looking for any feedback and suggestions on how to make our platform more appealing and get it out to the world.
