Ask HN: I am a Recruiter and I need your help
My name is Sjamilla and I'm a Tech Recruiter / Sourcer from the Netherlands. Next month I'm keynoting at SourceCon Atlanta, one of the biggest international conferences in the recruitment and sourcing industry. I am quite passionate about sending (hyper)personal outreaches and talk about this topic. And more importantly, make recruiters aware of the name we have in the industry and inspire them to try and show their human side.
