Paul Allen revises patent suit, targets Android, Apple iTunes

It's infuriating that one may setup a company for the sole purpose of holding patents as property. The entire purpose of the patent system is to guarantee inventors market opportunity with the incarnation of their patent. It's exploitation, and it should be illegal.
