Ways to collect feedback from customers for a SaaS
Hi Guys
I wanted to get your opinion on what are the best practices to get customer feedback in a SaaS.
With customer feedback I mean:
1. Suggestion of new features 2. Reporting bugs 3. Improvements
In your experiences what kind of tools (free, trial, paid ) you have used to gather insights, reports, analysis, messages, feedback etc..
I would appreciate it if you can share some thoughts on this.
