How do you let go of your work after the workday is over?
In our industry many of us practically have our hobby as our job. This makes our jobs enjoyable in may ways. However it also makes it hard to let go and relax in the evening.
For example I work for a pretty big national newspaper, and right now we have a major problem with our articles not being indexed by google. I have made some changes and am waiting for the googlebot to come by our site tonight - it usually comes around midnight. I know that if I wake in the middle of the night, I will have to restrain myself in order to not get up and do a google search. And I am pretty sure this is unhealthy.
So in short I would like to hear from fellow hacker some strategies for letting go of work problems after workhours are done?
