Ask HN: Best questions to ask founder of startup before joining?
I have the opportunity to talk with the founder of a fairly large and successful startup (200+ employees) that I am considering an offer from, and I'm wondering what some of the best high signal questions I can ask are. The one thing I know that I want to talk about for sure is market positioning - i.e. why he thinks they are the best choice in what appears to be a somewhat crowded market.
