What is the best country to get acquired in?
I'm trying to incorporate. I'll not raise any fund (I assume this why companies mainly others incorporate in the US) and I'm planning for an acquisitions. I live in the US, though.
My only objection about incorporating in the US is the HUGE amount of TAX that I'll be paying when getting acquired.
Is there any advice to reduce that burden? Thanks alot.
