We're looking for a rockstar Sales Account Executive to help drive and build our growth. If you are excited about coming in and building sales from the ground up - this will be an exciting opportunity.
You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels and across a broad geographical area. You’ll have an immediate impact on our revenue growth as we continue to build our Human-Powered SaaS business.
Your primary responsibility is to engage with both inbound and outbound leads, communicating the Upcall value proposition and closing qualified opportunities. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious self starter with sales experience that is looking to expand their sales career in tech and a startup environment.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective Upcall customers and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest - Find ways to creatively reach decision makers at target accounts, using state-of-the-art CRM, prospecting and social tools - Assess our sales process and continuously question the current way we work, and think big about how we can improve it - Identify opportunities to improve our product offering based on deep understanding of the needs of our customers and partners - Strong organization/prioritization skills; proven ability to consistently meet deadlines - Present Upcall at conferences and have in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners at these events - Establish and maintain qualified opportunity pipeline that meets or exceeds sales targets - Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and technology toolsets - Manage your time effectively and collaborate with others
Who you are:
- You’re authentically you; an ambitious self-starter, with a proven track record of delivering results - You thrive in a collaborative, energetic environment - Familiarity with marketing and/or sales automation solutions - Eager to take on more responsibility- you would be one of our first Sales Executives - Track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in your previous roles and/or personal pursuits - Analytical enthusiast with a strong background in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals - Strong experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms - Positive and energetic personality, excellent listening skills, professional presentation - 2+ years of sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment - 3+ years of quota carrying B2B software sales experience
