Ask HN: How do you classify your project's difficulty?
Say if you have multiple clients and there are multiple projects done throughout the year, and you wanted to use a point system to classify how difficult each project is. What factors do you use to determine how easy or hard the project will be? Would you correlate it most with hours billed? Would you use the combined amount of points to compare and/or evaluate the performance of an employee? Thanks.
