Post on hiring people that read?
Does anyone remember the blog post from a while back by an engineering manager at a major valley tech firm that basically said he is mostly concerned with how much candidates read? I think the point was most top tech talent read a ton of books.
Anyway I can't for the life of me find this article and would love if someone else remembers who might have posted this ;)
