Would like some input on choosing the best business model for our app. Some details about our company: Biz type - B2B Sector - Mobile Value Prop - Cost reduction, time/effort reduction, Management tools Competition - Carriers, Telecom Management companies Business model - charge 50 cents per wireless telephone line/month Decision: Fremium (i.e. first X # of lines free, then 50 cents per line with price break at Y # of lines) or Feature based (i.e. 50 cents/line for feature set 1, 75 cents for feature set 2, 1.00 for feature set 3) Other ideas?
