Ask HN: How to responsibly report security bug with Gogo?
I found a way to circumvent security with Gogo and get free internet on my laptop in flights. Based on my limited Google searches, I couldn't find this method of exploit posted online already. I chatted with their customer rep and was told they don't have a bug-bounty program. How do I report it to them? What are my options? This is my first time reporting a security bug and I want to know the proper way to move forward. Thanks!
